We have five BC Land Surveyors (over 100 years combined experience).
Ten oil and gas sector field crews working throughout North East BC. All field crews are safety certified and fully equipped with GPS and conventional survey equipment as well as all terrain vehicles, road radios, cell phones, satellite phones, pipe locators and other related survey equipment
A fully equipped municipal and transportation survey crew operating with the latest robotic total station technology. Seven full time drafters and Five mapping technicians who prepare a variety of products for our clients including topographic maps, ortho-rectified air photo images, satellite imagery, oil and gas thematic maps, and wellsite and pipeline applications.

Jason Whale, B.Sc., B.C.L.S., C.L.S.
Jason Whale is CEO of Vector Geomatics. He has 20 years of experience in legal and construction survey services. Jason has worked on multi-disciplinary projects throughout Western Canada, the Yukon and Ontario.
Peter Stringer, B.Sc., OLS, CLS, B.C.L.S.
Peter Stringer is President of Vector Geomatics. He has over 30 years experience in legal land development and utility corridor survey services. Peter has worked on multi-disciplinary projects throughout Western Canada and Ontario.
Parker Minard, B.C.L.S.
Parker has 10 years of Oil & Gas experience, cadastral surveys, engineering surveys and is currently an Oil & Gas Project Manager.
Struan Maclean, Survey Tech.
Struan Maclean is project supervisor at Vector Geomatics. He has over 10 years of field and project management experience in land development, transportation, municipal and oil and gas surveying. Struan has worked on multi-disciplinary projects throughout British Columbia and the Yukon.
Jim Lozon, Mapping Supervisor
Jim Lozon is the manager of the GIS and Mapping department at Vector Geomatics. He has over 10 years of experience in this area of the oil and gas service industry. He has successfully built a strong team of GIS and Mapping professionals who are continually building, maintaining and upgrading Vector Geomatics on and off-line mapping projects for the Oil and Gas Industry.
Greg Calvert, B.C.L.S.
Greg has 10 years of Oil & Gas, Civil and Legal Survey experience. He has worked on multi-disciplinary projects throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Greg gained his commission as a Land Surveyor in 2011 and is currently a Project Manager for Oil & Gas clients.

Rob Cheyne
Rob Cheyne is the Office Manager of the Fort Nelson office. Rob has over 8 years of Oil and Gas surveying experience. He also has over 12 years IT experience and currently manages company networks, servers, workstations, internet web applications and software developments.
Richard Gook, B.C.L.S.
Richard is the Branch Manager of the Fort Nelson office. Richard has owned and operated R.E. Gook & Associates out of Quesnel BC for the past 30 years. Of that, almost 25 years he contracted his services and expertise to the Oil & Gas Industry mostly in North Eastern BC. For the past 5 years Richard has contracted to Vector Geomatics. In April 2011, Richard joined our company full time to become our Branch Manager of our new Fort Nelson office and to create a full time professional presence in that community.

Tony Cadrin (Industry Advisor) VP Geosciences, Sword Energy
Tony Cadrin has 19 years experience as an exploration and development geologist. He previously held the position of VP Geosciences at Thunder Energy Trust. Prior to Thunder he held various positions with PanCanadian, Anderson Exploration, Startech Energy, Impact Energy and Thunder Energy Inc. He holds a Ph.D in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan.
